Off to the Gingerbread Wonderland I go….

Okay, so I’m packed and ready to go.  In the theme of Gingerbread….


If you’re like me and Love gingerbread this is

“THE BEST” Gingerbread cookie recipe I’ve ever tried. Enjoy:)

Pre-heat oven to 350*

3 Cups All Purpose Flour

3/4 Cup Firmly Packed Dark Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Ginger

1/2 Tsp Ground Cloves

1/2 Tsp Salt

3/4 Tsp Baking Soda

12 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (cut into 12 pieces)

3/4 Molasses Tbsp Molasses

2 Tbsp Milk

In a food processor combine Flour, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt and baking soda. (about 10 seconds)

Then scatter the butter pieces and turn processor back on until mixture looks sandy in texture.

Then while the machine is running add the molasses & milk until dough is evenly moist.

Scrap dough onto work surface. Divide in half. Between to large sheets of parchment — Roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thick.

Leave the dough between the parchment…Freeze until firm 15 -20 min.

Take out of the freezer and remove from parchment. Cut into gingerbread men or woman.

Cook 8 to 12 mins. If you want them chewy then you’ll want you finger to imprint.ENJOY!!!!!!!!
